Explore our Artwork Options
There are three primary options offered by Full House Venues for artwork creation, providing flexibility based on the type of artwork required, available resources and level of creative support needed.

Canva Templates (Do it yourself)
Edit a ready-made design in your browser. Add your venue, date and prize pool, then download. Ready in minutes.

APL Ai Prompt Request (Get the right prompt)
Generate your own artwork with AI. Our tool writes the prompt, so what comes out stays on brand.

Classic Bespoke (We can do it)
Brief our creative team for something original. Best for major series, state events and launches. Allow 7+ days.
1. How does the AI prompt assistant work?
The tool asks you a series of questions, then builds a prompt you can copy straight into an AI tool like ChatGPT. One thing to remember: you'll always need to add our logo back in afterwards, unless your AI model already has it saved.
2. Can I create my own artwork without using the options above?
Of course. Just download the brand guidelines below first and make sure your artwork matches our identity — logos, colours, fonts and responsible gambling messaging all need to stay consistent.
3. How long does bespoke artwork take?
Anywhere from 3 to 14 days, depending on the request. Updating an existing design is quick; anything built from scratch needs more time.
4. What sort of artwork can I request via bespoke?
Anything from digital assets to media walls to felts. Include a print spec with your request, or chat to marketing and we'll work out what you need.
5. Why don't we use Cape anymore?
The creative landscape has shifted over the past 12 months, particularly with the growth of AI-generated artwork. Cape served us well, but the tools above now give you faster turnaround with tighter control over brand consistency — which is what the AI prompt assistant and our Canva templates are built to deliver.
Request Player Communication

Licensee SMS
Short, sharp reminders straight to your players' phones. Sends go out Wednesday and Friday mornings, so get your request in the night before.

Licensee eDM
A designed email to your venue database — we build it, brand it, and you approve before it sends. Requires 7 days' notice.

Operations SMS
Network and group-level sends, managed by the operations team. For head office use only.
1. How much notice do I need to give?
All SMS requests are checked, scheduled and sent Wednesday and Friday mornings, so your request needs to be in the night before. You can also schedule an SMS any time in advance. If you're stuck on timing, get in touch.
2. How does sending an eDM work?
Give us 7 days' notice and we'll arrange an email to your player database. Include all the event information, links and artwork with your request so we can get straight into it.
3. How often can I request an SMS?
Players can't receive more than 3 messages in any 7-day period, so we ask licensees and ops teams to keep sends to 1–2 per event across its lifetime. Stick to the moments that matter: a new event, a change of details, or a cancellation. We need to IMPROVE our subscriptions.
4. Does sending an SMS incur a fee?
There's a per-message cost for the SMS tool, but that isn't currently passed on to licensees. This may change in future — we'll let you know well before it does.
