Q1 Why is Entain Venues becoming Full House Venues?

We're returning to our roots. Full House Group built the foundation of this business over two decades, creating the trusted relationships and innovations that define venue entertainment today. 


Entain Venues was an important chapter in our evolution, allowing us to grow and develop our capabilities. Now, under new ownership that's deeply committed to the licensed venues sector, we're coming full circle - becoming Full House Venues.


This rebrand reflects our renewed focus on what we do best: delivering world-class entertainment solutions exclusively for licensed venues. It's a signal of our ambition and innovation moving forward.

Q2: What does the change in ownership mean for me as a venue operator?

Good news: we're more focused and more committed to you than ever.


The new ownership brings three key benefits:

Q3: Will anything change about how I interact with Full House Venues?

Very little in the near term. Apart from our brand new email addresses, your account, your products, your support, all remain the same. We're the same trusted team you've worked with.


Over time, you may see:

  • Industry leadership and thought partnership


But the relationship remains built on trust and reliability. We're not reinventing the wheel - we're making it roll better.

Q4: Do I need a new contract?

No. The rebrand does not trigger any contract changes. Your existing terms remain in effect exactly as agreed.

Q5: Will Full House Venues continue to support the products I'm currently using?

Absolutely. All of our market leading brands remain in place.

This change will lead to increased focus and better support for our complete product suite: APL, SportsPick, InnQUIZitive, QuizzaMe, and DJ Bingo.
